If you would like to make a purchase please contact me in the first instance so that I can reserve your painting (please call my mobile if I do not reply to you within 1 day as on occasions I may be away painting)
Payments can be made by PayPal or by cheque (payable to Miss C Steptowe)

I will confirm your order and payment and as soon as funds have cleared I will contact you to advise you when your painting will be sent, as a signature will be required.
Postage, Packing and Insurance are included in all of my prices for Paintings which will be sent via courier (tracking number will be given & signature will be required) within the UK. For all other destinations please enquire as costs will vary depending on weight and value.
All Paintings will be securely wrapped in bubblewrap and sent in boxes that are purpose made for paintings in transit.
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase as I work to high standards and as yet have not had any paintings returned to me but I guarantee that if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your painting you may return it for a full refund (less postage).
I ask that you return it in perfect condition and in the original packaging (Please advise me first if you are to return a painting)
Please also return by courier eg, parcelforce and supply tracking number to me so that I can arrange to be in.(buyer pays for return postage)
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If upon receipt your painting is damaged please inform me immediately as I will need to contact the postal service. All paintings are carefully wrapped but in the event that the glass breaks please forward a photo of damage and a receipt for replacement glass and I will refund you.
