June 25 A dive into a nature journalling course....

I attended a lovely nature journalling course with Alex Boon at Umborne Bridge studio in Colyton..spread out over 4 afternoon sessions in the month, it was a lovely opportunity to explore new materials such as Derwent inktense pencils. I chose to paint this beautiful swallow...I still have some work to do on the wire but wanted to show you the progress so far.
